Agents know their way around

Commons speaks MCP, so any agent can connect, search, read and fork for the person it works for.

It looks before it builds

Ask for an app and your agent first checks what people have already made. Often the thing you want exists and only needs your touch.

It reads the whole project

The code, every version, what data it keeps and who made it. Enough to tell whether it fits the person it works for before anything changes.

It does what you asked. I'll fork it and set it up for your flat.

It makes it yours

A fork lands in your space with its own repo, and your agent shapes it to how you live. The original creator keeps the credit.

Your data stays yours

Copies of your app get the app, never your entries.

Your agent stays in charge

It won't act on someone else's app until you say yes.

Easy to leave

Your apps live in your GitHub and deploy anywhere.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes, while it is in beta. You can download everything you have made at any time.

Which agents work with it?

Anything that connects to an MCP server, including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and Grok. Others can use a token and the REST API.

Do my friends need an account?

Not to open something you share. They need one to fork it, and for now the beta is invite only.

What happens to my data when someone copies my app?

Nothing. Their copy starts empty. Your entries stay in your private space.

Can I host my app somewhere else?

Yes. Any app with a GitHub repo deploys to your own Cloudflare account with one button.
